Terms of Service

Murmur is an AI-powered social listening platform. It crawls publicly available content from platforms such as Twitter/X, YouTube, and Reddit, runs sentiment analysis and topic extraction, coordinates multiple AI agents to produce intelligence reports, and offers Augur predictions that forecast how public opinion may evolve. Features, limits, and pricing depend on the plan you select.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity on your account.
• You must notify us promptly at hello@frozo.ai of any unauthorized access or security incident.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the applicable fees plus any taxes. Usage is metered against your plan's monthly limits (analyses, Augur prediction credits, alert rules, and history retention). Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.

Plans auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@frozo.ai within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the terms of any third-party platform we source content from (including Twitter/X, YouTube, and Reddit).
• Harass, dox, defame, or target individuals, or build profiles of private individuals.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or plan enforcement.
• Resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties outside your organization without our written permission.
• Upload malware, spam, or content you do not have rights to.
• Use the Service to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

You retain all rights to the queries, topics, and organization data you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

Reports and predictions generated by the Service are provided for your use under your subscription. Public social content retrieved by the Service remains the property of its original authors and the platforms on which it was published.

Reports, summaries, sentiment scores, and Augur predictions are generated by large language models and statistical systems. They may contain errors, omissions, or biases and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. Always verify critical findings against primary sources before acting on them. Augur predictions are probabilistic forecasts, not guarantees.

Murmur, the Murmur name and logo, the Augur feature, and the underlying software, models, and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service interoperates with third-party platforms and APIs whose availability, pricing, and terms are outside our control. We are not responsible for changes to those platforms that affect the Service, including rate limits, content availability, or API deprecations.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analyses and predictions will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murmur and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold Murmur harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable retention window unless required by law to keep it longer.

We may change the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, except where prohibited by applicable law.
