Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account data. Name, email address, password hash, organization, and plan tier when you register.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, queries submitted, analyses run, predictions requested, alert rules configured, API calls, and approximate timestamps.
• Billing data. Subscription tier, invoices, and payment status. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider (Dodo Payments) and never stored on our servers.
• Communication data. Email notifications you opt into (alert notifications, product updates), and any support correspondence you send us.
• Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, and cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management.
• Public social content. When you run an analysis, our crawlers retrieve publicly available posts from platforms such as Twitter/X, YouTube, and Reddit using their public APIs. We do not collect private or gated content.

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Run analyses, generate reports, and deliver Augur predictions you request.
• Enforce plan limits and meter usage-based billing.
• Send transactional emails (alerts you opted into, billing receipts, security notices).
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, we process your personal data under the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract with you, (b) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, (c) your consent (for optional email notifications and non-essential cookies), and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

We rely on a small number of trusted sub-processors to run the Service. They receive only the data needed to perform their function:

• Dodo Payments — subscription billing and payment processing.
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other LLM providers — execution of analysis and prediction prompts. We do not send account credentials or payment data to these providers.
• Twitter/X, YouTube, and Reddit public APIs — retrieval of publicly available social content during analyses.
• Railway — cloud infrastructure hosting.
• Email delivery providers — transactional emails and alert notifications.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Analysis reports and sentiment history are retained according to your plan tier (7 days on Free, 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Pro, 365 days on Enterprise). Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law. You can request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe from alert emails at any time using the link in every notification, or by updating your notification preferences in Settings. To exercise any other right, email hello@frozo.ai.

We protect your data with industry-standard safeguards: TLS in transit, encrypted database storage, hashed passwords, scoped API keys, CORS enforcement, and strict access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify affected users of material breaches as required by law.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on the marketing site.

Murmur is operated from Hyderabad, India. If you access the Service from outside India, your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India or other countries where our sub-processors operate.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the Service before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the current version became effective.
